On corrections
We cover real institutions, markets and data in the third person, and we get things wrong from time to time. When we do, we fix the piece and note what changed. We do not year-stamp our own publishing, but a correction is a fact about the record — and that we will always mark.
On support
If you or your institution would like to appear on the standing account, the support desk is the place to start. Backing the analysis does not buy a say in it; that separation is the point.
